OK-Chiptuning Porsche 997 GT2 RS

The passion of the company OK-Chiptuning in Neunkirchen-Vluyn upon River Rhine – as the name suggests – is performance improvement. Currently, the established team around the owner of Kai-Uwe Ottlinghaus targeted an ECU optimization for the Porsche 997 GT2 - here in the Club Sport variant. It is aimed at all those who couldn't possibly get hold of any of the limited edition 500 units of Porsche GT2 RS, but would want to indulge in its performance realms.

Even ex factory not being a child of sorrow (among other, including ceramic brakes, roll cage, Carbon-/Alcantara-Interior, racing seats, fire extinguisher), the GT2 Clubsport also received an Akrapovic racing exhaust system including manifolds and sport catalysts, a high-quality racing clutch from the home Sachs and modified GT2 RS intercoolers. The elaborately modified controller is also at RS level.
The thereon based high-end optimization by the experts for ECU-optimization offers also enormous 880 Nm maximum torque apart from massive 680 bhp (=500 kW). This means an increase of 60 bhp over the RS and 150 bhp over the standard GT2: Impressive!

The results are convincing with the performance over GT2 RS level. In absolute terms, that means: 100 km / h to 200 km / h in just 5.1 seconds (series: 7.8 sec | RS: 5.9 sec) and 100 km / h to 300 km / h in insane 18 seconds, by which he is 5 seconds faster than the RS from Zuffenhausen. Also from the standing start the OK Chiptuning GT2 Clubsport is pinchning the records: From 0 to 200 km / h in about 8.4 seconds (series: 11.5 sec | RS: 9.4 sec) and from 0 to 300 km / h in about 21.3 seconds (series: 33.0 sec | RS: 26.7 sec).

The connection between car and road was enhanced with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx tires and stylish OZ-type wheels Ultraleggera HLT in 19-inch format meeting the requirements of enhanced performance. To round off the overall package the GT2 Clubsport received over and above that the original GT2 RS rear end including LED tail lights.

At just 3,500 Euros OK-Chiptuning offers the ECU optimization now for all 997 GT2 models at an impressively low price.
